Self-employed subcontractor required for cleaning Lanreath Village Toilet.
Main duties
· Clean the toilet, pan and fittings, wash basins, floor and walls as required, keeping the facility clean and hygienic for public use (not exceeding once per day).
· Replenish toilet rolls, hand wash, and paper towel dispensers.
· Empty the general waste bin.
· Report defects in equipment and fittings to the Parish Council.
Items supplied by the Council
Cleaning materials, cleaning equipment, toilet rolls, paper towels, hand wash, and bin liners are supplied by the Council. Emptying the sanitary waste bin is not included; this is undertaken by a specialist contractor.
£120 per month.
